A Cleaner Tomorrow LLC was started by Angier, NC native Alan Hargis. Alan had a pretty unique road that led him to owning his own dry cleaning & laundromat business. Alan worked for Wells Fargo as the head of all agricultural finances for 20 years, and as Vice President of Sales for McCormick USA in Atlanta, GA. Alan met a friend in Myrtle Beach 5 years ago who owned a Dry Cleaning Business and it sparked his interest to start his own. Alan enrolled in The Dry Cleaning & Laundry Institute and finished top of his class!

Alan lives in Angier, NC with his Wife and three sons Lance, Luke, and Harrison. Lance graduated from GA and now works at the Food Lion Distribution Center in Dunn in the logistics department. Luke now works with at A Cleaner Tomorrows Dunn location, Wilson’s Cleaners. Harrison graduated from Harnett Central High School and is now attending Central Carolina Community College with plans to transfer to UNC in two years.

Alan started A Cleaner Tomorrow in 2011, and is very proud to be the only certified dry cleaner in Harnett County. In November 2011 A Cleaner Tomorrow received the Dry Cleaning Institutes “Seal of Approval”. The award required numerous tests and qualifications for Alan to meet, and their are only 140 dry cleaners in the world have received this award. His mission was to create a safe, clean, and customer oriented dry cleaning facility and laundromat. The laundromat boasts two of the largest washing machines in Harnett county.
